KETO Cheesecake
You asked for it... Here you go..
For the filling: 4 packs (8 oz each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cups of granulated Swerve sugar. It measures just like regular sugar. 0 carbs
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1/2 stick of butter,
4 eggs.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
For the Crust, I chop 1 cup of pecans, and roast in dry pan.. toss them often so they don't burn. Then ad 1/4 cup of butter, a dash of cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of Truvia Brown sugar.
Spray a spring pan with Pam.. and press the nut crust in the bottom.. then put the filling in and bake for 55 minutes on 350. Let it cool and top with any 0 sugar fruit.. I personally cooked down fresh cranberries with Swerve and added a dash of orange extract and a pinch of cloves. ENJOY
