HOT sauce anyone??
I love to experiment with different peppers and heat levels... So here is this recipe for this sauce.
3 shallots minced
2 carrots chopped
4 cloves of garlic cut in half
5 jalapenos cut in half with seeds
4 Fresno peppers cut in half
5 habanero peppers cut in half with seeds
1 large can of chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 cups of white vinegar
salt, and pepper
Sauté the shallots, and carrots in olive oil for around 5 minutes, this will release the natural sugars of the carrots. Ad the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low for 40 minutes. Now.. you will want a mask for this next step... Pour everything in a blender and blend until very smooth...strain over a glass bowl. Toss what ever is left in the strainer and put the liquid in glass containers.
This has a lot of heat, and a lot of flavor to ad to any meal. Enjoy!!
