It's time for recipe number one... And I have to say.. my recipes are done my way.. I don't measure.. but I will do my best to help you out... you just have to try things as you cook them.. taste them and add what you want.  ..since it is almost fall.. I thought we should start with some soup.  So here is one of my faves... And if you are feeling sick.. this is the go to soup.....

Chicken Noodle Soup.....

4 carrots chopped
1 large onion chopped
2 stalks of celery chopped
Take these ingredients and saute in a large pot in some olive oil for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Put in an entire chicken and cover with water.  Add some Knorr bullion.. or "better than bullion"  that is really good too...
Let it all cook until the chicken is completely falling off the bones... take the entire chicken out of the pot and put it on a cutting board or in a baking dish... let it cool.. once the chicken is cool to touch shred it and put it back in the pot... and for the love of GOD check for bones... If you want you can add egg noodles after you get the chicken back in. Just let it cook until the noodles are tender.. You can make a big batch and freeze some.. or just have a bunch of people over.. it is delish..
