Gluten Free and Keto Bread 


So you know that Keto bread that is all over FB,  Well I tried it.. actually a LOT of times until I got just the ingredients I wanted to make it perfect... my mom was at my house when I did this and she is Celiac too.. It stinks having Celiac, but you do what you have to .. Not only is this recipe 
Gluten FREE  but also KETO friendly..  

Here is the recipe.. and I encourage you to follow it exactly..

7 Eggs Beat for 2 Minutes. 
1/2 Cup melted butter
2 Tablespoons of Coconut oil
2 Cups of Almond Flour 
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Xanthan Gum
2 Teaspoons of Stevia
Mix well, pour into a bread pan lined with parchment paper.  bake for 45 min. on 355  As soon as it is cooked take it out of the pan and cool on cooling rack so bread doesn't sweat..  If you want, rub some butter on the top while bread is still hot...
