Seared Salmon with creamy butter and wine sauce.  
This recipe will give you some GREAT reviews.  You can make it your own with the spices.. but basically you melt butter, and saute' onions .. salt and pepper the salmon then  the salmon on both sides.. take the salmon out of the pan and put in about a cup of white wine.. not sweet wine, more like a Chardonnay..reduce that,  then ad half and half, a couple tablespoons of butter, sun dried tomatoes and parsley.  Let that simmer for a couple minutes, ad salt and pepper to taste, then add the salmon back in with fresh cherry tomatoes... simmer again for a couple of minutes and plate it.  Add some parsley on top..fresh if you have it.. obviously in this picture I didn't..lol.. serve with what ever side item you want.. It is soooo good...
