Greek Meatballs.. these are simple and really delish..
1 lb of ground beef.. or you can do half beef and half turkey to make it more lean
3 eggs
1 large onion chopped
2T. Oregano
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs.. or you can use gluten free cracker crumbs
Mix everything together and roll in balls.. If you want to make them the healthy way, bake them on 350 until they are golden brown on the outside
If you want to go for the less healthy.. roll the balls in flour and deep fry in oil until they are golden brown.. either way.. they are amazing...
