I have been coaching a couple of people on eating gluten free... guess what? After not quite one week of being without gluten they are feeling more energy, having less fatigue, and less bloating.. Also,.. they say that day by day it gets easier, and feeling better so quickly is helping them to not go back to gluten.... If you have any questions about gluten free living.. let me know... Oh.. and if you can find some gluten free probiotics I highly recommend them.. they help a lot.
