THis is a fun and easy appetizer... simple and crowd pleasing...
1 pack of flour tortillas
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pack of dry ranch seasoning mix
1 small onion minced
1 green pepper minced
1 sharp cheddar cheese
black olive minced
and basically any vegetable you want in it.... mix the cream cheese, sharp cheddar, with the vegetables and dry ranch packet.. spread on the mix on the flat tortillas and roll them up.. cut them into bite sized pieces... sneak a few when you re making them ..
