Quick appetizer beef roll ups

This recipe you can use any meat, or lettuce, or really anything that will roll up....

I personally love the thin beef slices...
1 package of cream cheese
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 Teaspoon of horseradish
mix all together

Lay your meat slice on a cutting board, or plate..  spread the cream cheese mixture on the meat and roll it up.. put a pretty tooth pick through and put it on a plate... so yummy and quick...
