KETO Cheesecake You asked for it... Here you go.. For the filling: 4 packs (8 oz each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1 1/2 Cups of granulated Swerve sugar. It measures just like regular sugar. 0 carbs 2 teaspoons of vanilla 1/2 stick of butter, 4 eggs. Mix until smooth and creamy. For the Crust, I chop 1 cup of pecans, and roast in dry pan.. toss them often so they don't burn. Then ad 1/4 cup of butter, a dash of cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of Truvia Brown sugar. Spray a spring pan with Pam.. and press the nut crust in the bottom.. then put the filling in and bake for 55 minutes on 350. Let it cool and top with any 0 sugar fruit.. I personally cooked down fresh cranberries with Swerve and added a dash of orange extract and a pinch of cloves. ENJOY

Keto and Gluten Free Cheese Cake! You heard me right... this is so delish.. you can really make it your own too. Whip 3/4 pint of heavy whipping cream, add in 8 oz. of cream cheese softened, and whip.. then ad you favorite sugar free flavored coffee syrup... I used S'mores flavored.. and a little stevia, or artificial sweetener and a dash of vanilla.. set that in the fridge to cool.. then take minced nuts, I like walnuts and pecans.. toast them in a dry pan, keep a close eye on them.. turn them often.. then once those are toasted add a couple tablespoons of butter, some stevia and a dash of cinnamon if you want.. mix that up and put in your desert dishes.. put the chilled cream on top and ad berries and sprinkle with the left over toasted nuts... your guests will ...

Seared Salmon with creamy butter and wine sauce. This recipe will give you some GREAT reviews. You can make it your own with the spices.. but basically you melt butter, and saute' onions .. salt and pepper the salmon then the salmon on both sides.. take the salmon out of the pan and put in about a cup of white wine.. not sweet wine, more like a Chardonnay..reduce that, then ad half and half, a couple tablespoons of butter, sun dried tomatoes and parsley. Let that simmer for a couple minutes, ad salt and pepper to taste, then add the salmon back in with fresh cherry tomatoes... simmer again for a couple of minutes and plate it. Add some parsley on top..fresh if you have it.. obviously in this picture I didn't..lol.. serve with what ever side item you want.. It is soooo good...
