As my friend Lucy mentioned.. we need some "Dishen"  which means good tips, and maybe some risky comments... well Lucy, you are so right... Here is a nice little tidbit.  When you prepare food I always say, " You eat with your eyes first"  which means, make things look pretty.. it may not matter how it will taste if it is presented beautifully...
