CALLING ALLLL KETOS!!!                            Did someone say CHEESECAKE??? PS. It's Gluten Free too!

My Daughter in Law Brooke and Son Nick are following the Keto diet and just MADE MY DAY when they gave me this recipe..... From left back to right then front you have blackberry and pomegranate, Strawberry Vanilla, Lemon Raspberry and in front Chocolate Mocha Cheesecakes.  Here is the very easy and delish recipe ...Oh and you can make this your own with YOUR fave flavors.   BTW it is really difficult for me to put exact amounts in the recipes because I just throw stuff together and don't measure.. so hang in there with me ok?  If the measures are not exact just play with the recipe until it tastes good to you.
Crust: Take 1/2 Cup of each walnuts and pecans and chop fine, toast them in a dry hot pan, after they are nice and toasty ad 1/2 stick of butter and melt.. then ad granulated stevia

8 Oz. cream cheese at room temp.
1 pint of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Cup of sour cream
Flavored unsweetened vanilla coffee syrup, and if need be ad liquid stevia
Beat heavy cream until it looks like a good fresh whipped cream.. be careful not to make butter..lol..(yes if you want to make fresh butter you beat the heavy cream until its yellow and ad salt)  add the cream cheese and beat until smooth, add sour cream and syrup and mix with a spoon.   
Lemon:  Add fresh lemon juice / Mocha: Add unsweetened coco powder and instant espresso
Get creative people.. top with what ever you want add what ever keto friendly fruits and enjoy..
