Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Clementine
If you want a really really happy crowd, you HAVE to make these... you may want to double the batch too because you will eat as much as you make... It is impossible not too.. The mix between sweet, salty and juicy are the PERFECT combination. Trust me, you won't be able to eat just one..
Take a bag of clementine, peal and separate.
In a sauce pan, take one tablespoon of coconut oil, one bag of semi sweet Ghiradelli Chocolate. Heat on low. stir from time to time until the chocolate is completely melted. Dip the clementine sections half way into the chocolate, and right away sprinkle a little sea salt on each. Put in the refrigerator until set....
Like I said... you WILL eat half... so make plenty...
