Every Now And Again.. You Need Ceviche

You can make this fresh, citrus, summer delight with shrimp, salmon, or what ever you want. 

Chop your shrimp or salmon in small pieces, squeeze the juice of one orange, one lemon, and one lime and pour over the seafood.  Add chopped purple onion,  fresh cilantro, salt and pepper.  You can ad a dash of red pepper, or tobasco or what ever you want.  Again... make it your own, and make it fresh..  Let it set in the fridge for at least 3 hours and enjoy!
