Keto and GF Cheese Cakes!!

Keto and Gluten Free Cheese Cake! You heard me right... this is so delish.. you can really make it your own too. Whip 3/4 pint of heavy whipping cream, add in 8 oz. of cream cheese softened, and whip.. then ad you favorite sugar free flavored coffee syrup... I used S'mores flavored.. and a little stevia, or artificial sweetener and a dash of vanilla.. set that in the fridge to cool.. then take minced nuts, I like walnuts and pecans.. toast them in a dry pan, keep a close eye on them.. turn them often.. then once those are toasted add a couple tablespoons of butter, some stevia and a dash of cinnamon if you want.. mix that up and put in your desert dishes.. put the chilled cream on top and ad berries and sprinkle with the left over toasted nuts... your guests will ...

No time for cooking... but you have company coming over?? Check it out.. a quick.. easy idea that makes people think you have been cooking for hours... it's all in the presentation... Cheese platter with grapes Grab some olives, fruit, jar of pickled veggies, nuts, buy already made hummus... spread on a sweet pepper or crackers, and little bowls of pickles.. everyone will love it so much and you didn't slave for hours..

Ease Loaded Potato Soup

Loaded Potato Soup Great for these cool nights... I took my mom's recipe.. and added a few extras.. Take one chopped onion, and three carrots cut into rounds, salt and pepper, and sauté' in butter for 5 min.... This will release the natural sugars. I like to use small red potatoes. Take 10-15 potatoes, wash them and cut in half and put them in the pot. Cover with water and boil until potatoes are tender, but not mooshy... Drain... then put them back into the pot. Mash the veggies but leave hearty chuncks of potato. Pour enough half and half to cover the mashed mix .. Ad 1/2 stick of butter, 1/2 cup of sour cream, salt and pepper. IF you want, you can ad cheddar cheese and make it a cheesey potato soup... top with green onions, cheddar cheese, and bacon... OHH MYYY YYUUMM
