Smoked Mozzarella and Tomato

Ok Guys.. one of the funniest things for me to do is try something new.  I went to a restaurant the other day and had the smoked beets and goat cheese... when they served it, it was all in a closed jar... when I took the lid off the jar the smoke just swaggered out and it was fun, entertaining and SOOOO YUMMY... so I had to go on amazon and get a little kitchen smoker.. I have done salmon, cheese, crab, and this video too...
