Cut up and saute' any vetties

Make Quinoa with salt, butter, and Italian herbs


Literally make anything that you like.. to pile on the quinoa 

Saute'd Corned Beef and onions 

Sausage Gravey 




Saute'd White and Shiitake Mushrooms 

Red, Green and Yellow Peppers 

Just pile everything on the quinoa.. add hot sauce or red pepper flakes if you want... 
Don't forget the bacon.. Bacon makes everything better!!
